Pictures of moving in (a few weeks late)

Moving in pictures, a little glimpse of our new house!! It's got good bones, an awesome neighborhood and a wonderful location.  Warning, the style is seriously 1993 orginal! Brass and gold fixtures, golden oak, and original carpet... but not for long (soon as we can sell come cars!!) This is Thursday, January 2, before
the movers came with our stuff.
A glimpse into the master bathroom eeek! That will be one of our first projects.
Kitchen cabinets are custom built-ins. We have big plans here...
Beautiful floors with some need of lovin', and some stain...
Vaulted ceiling above the family room, with a bridge. So fun for the kiddos!

Not looking forward to painting all the way up there, but ready to have it change!
 Silly kiddo!!
This is going to be fun!

Friday, January 3, the movers came, it was a cold day, but they made quick work of unloading 16 crates (2 truckloads) of our stuff into our house. Moving companies are the only way to do it!!  Nothing like your own stuff to make your house feel like your home.

The dining room just off the front door to the right.
Kennedy and Audrey's room, it covers the span over the whole kitchen and dining room!
The bonus room, for gaming and movies upstairs, and also books and music. Yay for space for our stuff!
The kitchen, with cabinet space for all my stuff, and plans to rearrange the kitchen, and as we do it, we'll share here. The cabinets are amazing quality, just a bit dated...

And most of the empty boxes and packing paper.  We took 150 boxes down to Tim's friend Tau in Atlanta since he's moving to Gilbert to work at the Gilbert Temple, and this is what was left over. We packed the paper into giant garbage bags, and we filled up 24 of them! It was a full load in the van to take to the recycle center up the street.
We are almost finished unloading the boxes, but we need to get some more furniture to help finish.  Yay for new stuff (likely old stuff made new to me from Craigslist)!!
